Classes
Our classes cater for all levels, from the very basic beginner to the advanced super fit. We run four sessions a week, all year round.
More locations will be opening soon. If you have an idea for a great location then please feel free to contact us and we will get back to you.
In addition, we have the cardio club, which meets
on a Tuesday and Thursday morning at 6:30am. This sessions is primarily
aimed at improving your endurance and cardiovascular system, still in
the normal fun friendly and varied way we use at class. Please contact
